Did you know that statistics have the number of men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction numbers between 18-30 million.. and that is only for this year (and in the USA alone!).
Those figures are frightening as they seem to be increasing exponentially each year. What does this mean? - Increase the fiber in your diet. By consuming more dietary fiber, you help assist the body to cleanse and reduce the levels of toxins in the body. What this means is you are also reducing the physical strain on the body, allowing it more energy to be used where you would prefer it.
- Breathe more. Take time out to focus on your breathing. Make sure you breath deeply whenever you can. Research has demonstrated that breathing can improve your circulation by up to 15%.
- Whilst on the topic of circulation… Reduce Your Cholesterol! A lesser-known fact is the higher your cholesterol levels, the lower the circulation levels within your body. By reducing cholesterol, you can immediately improve your circulation.
- Reduce your meal sizes! Each meal that you eat that is over-sized adds excessive strain to your body and therefore affects your energy levels. Instead of eating large plates of food, your meals should aim to be about the size of your own fist. And, instead of three meals, eat when hungry – however have a glass of water first to aid with appetite.
- Here’s an obvious one… Reduce sugar and fat intake as much as possible. Now i’m not saying you need to go on a strict diet, however the more fat and sugar you cut down on, the more impact it will have on your waistline. One of the major causes for ED aside from emotional stressors is being overweight.
Do the above five things and drink more water and you will not only notice a reduction of your erectile dysfunction symptoms, you will have more energy and be feeling much better then you have in ages.
